This error shows up when you are trying to connect the internet. Here the solutions might work for you (all cells that support GPRS).

1. Check the network signal, the GPRS connection works with a high signal, you can see the signal bar on your cell phone, if it contains low signal might not works well.
2. Check your credit balance, if your credits is running out of balance, you can’t use the internet access through GPRS.
3. Contact your network provider, some problems occurs in your network provider, but most of it because of disaster like earthquake or something like that.

Solution:
Check the connections between SDCARD and slot ,or eject the card and put it in slot again.
